Collection Numero 4 ...

is about a luminous asceticism, about a contemplative journey and about a woman who is almost an “apparition”.
It draws its origins in color and fabrics. Indigo appears in all its depth and is declined in brightness and transparency (glossed Poplin, Organdy, organza). Time to time, accumulation of folds and beams adds rythm into it.

As in past collections, craft meeting sophistication remains the motto.

This time, a.guery collaborates with « Living Blue », atelier founded in Bangladesh by Care to sublimate traditional know how of indigo dyeing and delicate quilting.

Cuts, base of any textile experimentation are mainly bare but spread in width for an airy and dancing effect.

Meeting of techniques and hybridization of know-how give to the brand the opportunity of continuing its experiments and allows for the first time to present a corpus of pieces signed in collaboration; all of them are tagged « a.guery - Living Blue ».

Textiles are made by Living Blue in Bangladesh, then garments are made by a.guery in France.
Note that originally, « Living blue » as been growing and processing a.guery’s organic indigo pigment.

The collectin has been presented at Designers Apartment spring summer 17 showroom, at the invitation of Défi & Fédération Française de la Couture
